Challenge:

A 250-bed hospital had a $15,000,000 cap for major medical equipment and wanted different structures

Solution:  We delivered a $15,000,000 line of credit, provided (in advance) separate structures for each asset, and made all vendor progress payments on an interest-only basis.

Assistance in unwanted imaging and other asset disposal

Challenge:

A large medical clinic in the Southeast was not excited by the trade-in offered from their vendor.

Solution:

We successfully sold their used equipment through our aftermarket partners and garnered the clinic 35% more than the trade-in offer.

Challenge:

Most funding sources provide funding for only those items that fit into their “box”.

Solution:

We provide funding for all your asset needs - large or small - from software to whole specialty centers including the bricks and mortar.

Challenge:

A large oncology group with over ten locations was looking to grow through acquisition but did not have enough cash to transact several practice acquisitions simultaneously.

Solution:

We made a forward commitment to purchase all the major oncology equipment at the time of closing each acquisition. Through generous appraisals, we provided more than 65% of the cash needed to close several acquisitions simultaneously.

Challenge:

A large holder and developer of international solar farms needed funding to develop additional sites.

Solution:

We offered to purchase the existing locations based on their generating power and historical revenues as well as forwarding power purchase commitments.  The minimum take-down was $50,000,000.  We offered availability in excess of $200,000,000.

AR Financing

PO Funding

Challenge:

An American company needed to acquire a mixture of new and used equipment to outfit an entire hospital overseas.

Solution:

The company had a PO backed by a bank that would be paid FOB at several dock locations. Based on that PO, we funded the amount required to purchase all the equipment and were paid in several tranches once the items were delivered to the port locations.
